This was a great bike trip. My husband and I (both fairly fit 70+) did it on our Brompton folding bikes, (taking the Eurostar there and back) which probably gives an indication of the level of the cycling. We have never cycled in Holland before and found it amazing - flat, quiet roads and cycleways with good surfaces, usually well signposted and considerate drivers - what a delight! [...]

Our bike trip from Amsterdam to Haarlem, Leiden, Delft, Gouda, Woerden, and back to Amsterdam was a dream vacation for us. The cities and towns we visited were all beautiful and fascinating; the countryside we biked through was similarly lovely and interesting; and the route information provided by Dutch Bike Tours — along with the Netherlands’ incredible and extensive bike infrastructure — made the whole thing quite doable. Moreover, given the quality of the hotel accommodations plus the value of the included breakfasts, the rental bikes, and the luggage transfers, the overall cost was quite reasonable. [...]
