...Es war einen einfache (ebene) Tour durch das eher ländliche Holland. Abwechslungsreich waren vor allem die Fahrten an der Nordsee und an den Kanälen mit den Zugbrücken (die oft hochgezogen waren um die Schiffe und Boote hindurchzulassen), die 5 Kilometer lange Brückenfahrt über die Oosterschelde, die belebten von Kanälen durchzogenen Innenstädte und die vielen Windmühlen und Weidelandschaften...
